For groups of 40 or less we offer a dining room that can be completely private or can be open to the rest of the restaurant by opening our sliding barn doors. Private parties can use our regular menu or special arrangements can be made, such as custom menus, flowers, linen tablecloth/linen napkins and custom desserts can be made available. Please let us know if you would like to do any arrangements listed or if you have any of your own ideas. We will do our best to accommodate your private party needs. We can also accommodate slideshows presented on the televisions in the private party room.
The Pizza Coop & Alehouse does not have specific rental fees for our private dining room but we have food and beverages minimums that are very reasonable to reserve the space. The minimums listed below are simply an amount you agree to spend in food and drinks in exchange for the use of the private room. Tax and gratuity do not apply toward the minimum.
For groups of more than 40 we would be more than happy to accommodate you; however it will not be a fully private party. Please send us an email to email@example.com and we will help make your next party a success.
Room is held on a first come-first serve basis and is reserved only when a deposit of $100 is received.

For a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days prior to the event. You must receive a return email or call confirming cancellation was received. Cancellations within 10 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
You are welcome to decorate the room. Please take any decorations with you when you leave. Guest will be held liable for any unusual damage to the room or its contents.
